{a Desire Map Workshop}
The Desire Map is a gorgeous curriculum, designed with the intention to help you 'go deep, connect to, and strengthen your relationship to and with your 'core desired feelings.' It's about helping you create soulful and heart-centered goals and then "taking action" from the place of how you actually want to feel' and using 'that' as your guiding source (and force!).
This work is about bridging the gap between your desires and your intentions, while you align with the intelligence of your heart. To begin with, we start the process of getting fiercely honest about what you really want and how you actually want to feel (in all areas of your life), right from where you're at... 'right now!'
Feelings drive so much of the way we make decisions and the TRUTH + DESIRE + PRESENCE Workshop, puts you back in the driver’s seat. This work is how you get to where you truly want to be.
Together, we will dive into the work so YOU can start to identify what it is that you 'truly'. Seriously! As in, "all TRUTH! No filler!" and begin to move in the direction of your Core Desired Feelings and your Prefered State of Being! That's what this whole glorious adventure is all about.
By the end of the workshop, you'll have identified your Core Desire Feelings. You’ll have the tools, the clarity and the support to further help you stay in 'and' get back to your most nourishing thoughts, and you'll have the attunement to aligned action that is ideal for you.
Desire Mapping is also about the ultimate in self-agency. When we combine our volition with our Core Desired Feelings (CDF’s), we become deeply intentional strategic creators. It is a heart-centered approach to “pro-actively” creating your life (personally + professionally) and intentionally deciding what you will do with it. You can’t control all the circumstances happening out in the world, but... you absolutely get to choose how you feel about it. You get to choose how you feel!
Your feelings inform your thoughts and your thoughts inform your behavior. Identify how you actually want to feel, make decisions from “that” place and it just might change you life.
The primary intention is to FEEL GOOD + GET CLEAR + TAKE ALIGNED ACTION, to help you identify what you really want, how you actually want to feel, where you truly want to go and how you’re going to get there!

During your private sessions, I will help you take action and map out a creative and soulful strategy, that further supports the way you actually want to feel. You'll gain greater clarity, a deeper connection and a more profound understanding to how you're actually designed, to where in your body you are holding your story and your trauma, why (the big universal questions) you hold things the way you do and how you can begin to implement and anchor in on your CDF's, in a way that will truly support you in creating the life you actually want for yourself. There are no cookie-cutter solutions here. Everything we design, we do together, just for you. This is 'one-on-one' work at it's best!
